Engineer, package, transport to site, verify correct installation and commission, including:
- 100,000 lb/hr Cleaver Brooks Nebraska Industrial Watertube boiler
- Custom Cleaver Brooks NATCOM combustion control, burner and gas train
- Cleaver Brooks Tray Style Deaerator
Special Requirements
- High turndown, low excess air burners
- Low NOX emission control using NATCOM burner technologies and flue gas recirculation
- Linkageless combustion control
- Variable speed drive and control of combustion air fan
- Continuous flue gas monitoring with O2 trim
- Integrated controls for Deaerator and burner management with Fireye flame safeguard
- Remote monitoring and supervisory control via profi-bus communication gateway
