Scope of work
Engineer, package, transport to site, verify correct installation and commission, including:
- Three Model 5, 5000 mmbtu boilers
- Cleaver Brooks Hawk 1000 combustion and boiler control
- Feedwater Economizers
- Cleaver Brooks Spray Style Deaerator
Special Requirements
- Dual Fuel burners
- Linkageless combustion control
- Continuous flue gas monitoring with O2 trim
- Remote monitoring and supervisory control via LON communication gateway
- Automatic Pump sequencing and Lead Lag control
- Automatic Tank Level Control with independent Primary and Secondary sources of water
- Remote monitoring via LON communication gateway
Provide engineering, packaging, site transportation, installation verification, and commissioning for the new boiler room at the Ingersoll, Ontario facility.
